FIGISCO is a fashion production and distribution group for women, men and children born in 1985. FIGISCO has gone through several phases that have allowed it to grow and access international markets with high quality products.
During the first years of operation, the company dedicated itself to the production of children's fashion supplying the Peruvian market. Being a family business and operating from a small workshop, FIGISCO managed the design, tailoring and finishing processes under its own brand Figi's. The attractive designs and the high quality of the materials used led the company to grow rapidly and seek to expand its operations.
At the beginning of the 1990s, FIGISCO decided to extend its activities by offering maquila services to recognized private brands in international markets. At the end of the 90s, the company accumulated experience in various Latin American countries. With the aim of giving a better service to its customers, in 2006, FIGISCO moved its operations to a 2,000 m2 plant. Obtaining a higher level of flexibility, the company continued its growth by including important brands and stores in North America and Europe.
Maintaining both production services for private brands (maquila) and production of their own designs under the brand Figi's, FIGISCO decided to take a next step. In 2010, the company opened the first Figi's store in one of the largest and most prestigious shopping centers in Peru. Soon after, the company decided to venture into the production of clothing for ladies and gentlemen working for important international brands. In 2014, FIGISCO launched its women's brand Karo Koel.
Currently, as a result of more than 30 years of experience in the textile and apparel market, FIGISCO has a wide international presence and is recognized for its commitment to quality and its high level of service.
